First off an apology
It has been ages since my last blog and there really is no excuse. Clients have been blaming their email accounts for the lack of news but I am afraid it is all my fault ;-)
I have been Twittering and Facebooking but I think our clients prefer the blog system as it lands in their inbox. But if you want to like our Facebook page or follow us on Twitter, that would be brilliant. Share our pages with your friends too.
And we are off and running with some offers
Until the end of September all dermal fillers (not including Skinboosters, Mesolis or cheek Volume) will be £290 instead of £340 per syringe. Mention this offer when booking so that we can reduce the price accordingly.
We do have two filler special price days running on 9th and 21st October whereby the price is £260 but we only have two appointments left on each day.
We are also running a Microdermabrasion offer whereby if you purchase £20 worth of Avene skin care products and you will be able to book a microdermabrasion with me (Diana) for £20 instead of £50. This runs until the end of October.
Now is the time to think about treatments using our IPL system which undertakes hair removal as well as skin rejuvenation, pigmentation reduction on the face and hands as well as the chest and it works very effectively to reverse the signs of sun damage. If you book and pay for five treatments you will get the sixth one for free. There is no time limit. No expiration. So if you do not use all six treatments, you can use them for maintenance treatments in the years to come. We also have a 10% reduction in price if you are having two or more areas treated with IPL.
I myself treated my own hands to get rid of the age spots. I had the original treatment three years ago and the age spots are only just returning.
How not to get old....
A good number of our clients have been watching this programme with great interest so I thought I would remind you all of some of the newer treatments we undertake at the clinic.
Tear trough improvement - utilising dermal fillers and a cannula Cindy is very experienced with regard to this type of treatment. We have had some amazing results and not every clinic offers this as it is really only performed by the experienced aesthetic practitioner. Treatment price depends on severity of issue. But remember consultations are completely free and there is never any pressure to have the treatment done.
Skinboosters treatment - this utilises Restylane dermal fillers using the "drop" method to rehydrate the skin. Face, chest, hands - these areas benefit greatly from this treatment. You need three treatments and each treatment is £200. This is Shelley, one of our clients, who was so happy with her Skinboosters treatment she was happy for us to use her photographs to show everyone the difference it has made to her skin.
Mesotherapy - similar to Skinboosters but using Mesolis. You need three treatments and each treatment is £195.
Accent RF therapy - this is a treatment which reduces cellulite, reduces fatty areas and tightens slack skin on the body and the face. We have had some fantastic results from this treatment. Price is £150 per area per treatment on the body and £250 for the whole of the face per treatment. If you pay in advance for a course of treatments we give you a free treatment if you pay for five.
Cindy is also very experienced in the use of Botox to tighten the lower face as well as reducing migraine. She also uses it to treat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).
Skincare items
Please remember that you can buy any of our products over the phone and we can post them to you. Our latest product is Amalian Lashes by 4TMedical which, if you use it on a daily basis for six weeks, promises thicker fuller natural lashes. I have been testing it as it is a considered purchase and I would not be happy to sell it to our clients if it didn't work. Well I tried it for six weeks and, although my eyelashes are fine and fair and sparse due to a freak false eyelash incident, I found that my lashes are indeed fuller and longer and are growing back in the sparse areas. The product normally retails for £80 but we are selling it during September for £75.
I have also received news from Skinceuticals that they have re-introduced the Retinol 1% to the range. This is prescription strength so if you wish to purchase some you will need to come to the clinic so that we can place an order for you.
Refer a friend scheme
Remember that if you refer a friend to the clinic and they have a treatment done, then you will receive a £25 Cindy Knight Clinic gift voucher to use as payment towards your next treatment. But even better, your friend also receives one.
Experience counts
Cindy is celebrating her 15th year in aesthetic medicine and she has seen a lot of changes over the time. Cindy only uses dermal fillers that are Hyaluronic Acid based and have been tested thoroughly. These fillers can be reversed using an enzyme should there be a need. It is very worrying that fillers can be purchased over the internet. Even if not counterfeit they are very dangerous in the wrong hands.
We are also fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission and Cindy regularly attends Aesthetic Conferences and any CPD (continuing professional development) that comes her way.
