Hi everyone

This is the last blog before Cindy and I go on Annual Leave to Florida on 2nd November.

Leah will be receiving your calls whilst I am away. Cindy will be back in the Hildenborough Clinic on 20th November but can see people at her Cooden Beach treatment room from 18th November.

All treatments except Dermal fillers, Botox, Sclerotherapy and Mole Removal will be business as usual over the next two weeks.

I wanted to remind you of a few special offers that are happening at the clinic.

Wednesday is Threading day

Threading is an ancient method of hair removal. Hairs are whisked out precisely from the root. With tweezing hair grows back thicker because most have been just "broken off" which accounts for the black spots that can often be seen after a tweezer is used.

Regular threading slows down both the rate and thickness of the hair and is the only method that truly beautifies the eyebrow.

Threading can also be done on the entire face.

Pricing is as follows:

Eyebrows £10
Upper and lower lip £8
Chin £5
Sides of face £10
Neck £5
Full face including eyebrows £25

Wednesday only - any microdermabrasion treatment will include a complimentary eyebrow threading.

Microdermabrasions at the clinic are medical microdermabrasions and cost £65 with Christina (Wednesday) and Usha (Monday and Friday) and £85 with Cindy and Leah.

Special filler day £260 per syringe instead of £340

This is on Thursday 22 January 2009 and we have a few appointments available mid afternoon. Please ring if you wish to book an appointment.

Massage tester days

Usha will be running a Massage Taster day on Monday 1st and Friday 5th December where she wil be offering a neck and shoulder massage for £20. This is a special offer which will only be available on these two days. Please ring the clinic to book an appointment.

Cindy is off on Annual Leave for 2 weeks on 2 November - her first two week holiday since opening the clinic all those years ago! Off to Florida with her daughter (me)!!

As I will also be away for 3 weeks from 2 November, Leah will be manning the phones.

IPL treatment, Accent treatment, microdermabrasions, threading and massage will still be available during the 2 weeks that Cindy is away.

As a lot of our clients will be missing her dextrous handiwork with the needle, she will be having a Dermal Filler Special day in the new Year on Thursday 22 January 2009 at Hildenborough and all fillers (except Sculptra) will be £260 instead of £340 per syringe.

Another of our infamous special demal filler days

What are you doing on 26th June? We are having a special filler day whereby all fillers (excluding Sculptra) will be £250 per syringe (usual price £280 to £340 per syringe). Sue will be the aesthetic nurse for that day.

Accent Therapy news-reel loaded onto the blog

Hi everyone

For those following my Florida House buying story, I am now the proud owner of a 2 bedroom bungalow near the sea in Ormond Beach, Florida. Woo hoo! So I have not been updating my cyber-clients as I should - apologies for that.

First thing - I have just uploaded a newsreel from Fox in the USA giving an overview of the Accent treatment - take a look! I also saw the accent machine on an episode of Nip/Tuck, which was surreal!

Second thing - Usha the masseuse has changed her days from Mondays to Fridays - please ring the clinic as usual for appointments.

Third thing - Christina is having a special promotion for any microdermabrasions undertaken in June July and August. Purchase a microderm treatment for £50 and receive an eyebrow threading treatment free (usually £10).

Fourth thing - If anyone wants to let our other clients know of anything of interest, this is the place to do it!
